Ad Hoc sessions should be paid for either at drop-off via card machine which is on site, or via invoice generated by our finance assistant.
I need to cancel a session - how do I do this?
We are sorry but it is not possible to cancel a session on an ad hoc or temporary basis. If you find you do not need a session your child(ren) is registered for due to illness, other club/event then you will still have to pay it as we will not be able to offer that space to another pupil in time. If however, you find that you no longer require a session in the long term, you can request this be removed from your invoice from the next term onwards via this form. Better still, you no longer needing the place means another child on our waiting list may now benefit!
Does the club offer food/snacks? And if so, what is on offer?
At the moment the club is providing free breakfast for the children registered with the club. Details of what is on offer can be provided by Nikki, Ann, or Kate if you would like to know. But usually this includes cereals, toast, beans on toast, fruit, yogurt, and a range of drinks including milk, squash, hot chocolate, and water.
In the afternoon, children are offered a snack that changes day to day but often includes wraps, sandwiches, crackers, and fruit.
